First, do not use wire hangers.
I hang my husband's shirts on hangers, a plastic tube, twice as thick. I have not noticed anything impression.
Buy soft foam hangers at the end of time, which prevented the points or impressions on their shirts. Click below and you will see a picture of what I'm talking about. And where can I get.
Some of which cover made of cardboard or padding to keep such incidents. Otherwise, you could turn instead of hanging shirts.
